im so upset at their pet wash station it’s my second time driving 30 minutes to the place and not being able to use it. i’ve called in advance to make sure it’s working and available during business hours. ive been told that it’s available over the phone. once i arrive ive been rejected the service because its been closed due to flooding. this is an issue that has been going on for the longest. i once was using the pet wash station and it flooded so bad i was getting my shoes wet and the water was running outside and wetting the inventory closed to it!

Thank you Louie for all your help in snagging my first zero turn mower. It truly is a bad boy mower. On 5 acres this thing did great! Great service from the cashier, manager, and team members. They were all very helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Tractor Supply today. I called multiple times ahead of my visit and clearly explained my situation—that I needed to exchange products that didn’t work for my pets. I was reassured over the phone that it wouldn’t be an issue. After driving 30 minutes to the store (and another 30 back), I was met with a completely different response. The employee at the front was dismissive and immediately shut down my concerns, saying they’ve “been selling it for years” and that “no one returns it”—which has nothing to do with my situation. What didn’t work for me simply didn’t work. After going back and forth, another employee finally said the return could be processed—but only with an ID for store credit. This was never mentioned during any of my calls. If I had been told that upfront, I would have come prepared. Instead, I wasted over an hour of my time and money on gas for nothing. This experience could have been handled professionally and calmly if the information had been consistent and the staff had simply listened. Clear communication and respectful customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present today.

We enjoy coming to this Tractor Supply location with our kiddos! It's always a great experience. The manager is super nice, approachable, and always comes by to ask us if we need help with anything. I also have done several curbside pick ups too.
